Policy

In the event of any Act of God or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party—including but not limited to natural disasters (such as hurricanes, tornadoes, snowstorms, or severe weather), illness, or death within the immediate family—neither the client nor the Company shall be held liable for cancellation fees. Any affected services will be automatically rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date once the impacted party is no longer affected by such circumstances. Cancellations or rescheduling due to Acts of God or circumstances beyond either party’s control are not eligible for a refund.

If cancellation occurs without rescheduling, with four (4) or more days’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained. Cancellations with less than four (4) days’ notice require payment of one hundred percent (100%) of the total fee. All cancellations must be communicated via the approved contact method (e.g., email or phone).

When rescheduling an appointment, the remaining balance is due in full at the time of rescheduling. Fees for services are as follows: up to $2,000 may apply. While the Company makes every effort to accommodate schedule changes, frequent or last-minute rescheduling may not be permitted at the Company’s discretion. Any credit issued due to rescheduled services must be used within twenty-four (24) months of the original booking date.

A thirty (30) minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals after the scheduled appointment time. Arrivals more than thirty (30) minutes late will necessitate rescheduling of the appointment. The original service fee will remain due in full, and an additional rescheduling charge will apply.

A deposit is required to secure commitments. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required at the time of scheduling. For special arrangements, a seventy-five percent (75%) deposit is required. All payments and deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is initiated by the Company, unless Forced Majeure Clause.

Data is securely retained for ninety (90) days and permanently deleted if no order occurs. Personal data is deleted upon request or automatically within two (2) years of the most recent appointment. All collected data is handled in accordance with privacy best practices and is accessible only to authorized personnel.
